Golf Pick'Em is a private, invitation-only fantasy golf contest run among friends. This policy explains what information we collect when you submit a team, and exactly how it is used.

What We Collect

When you submit a team you provide:

• A team name (displayed publicly on the leaderboard)
• Your player selections (displayed publicly after the tournament begins)
• Your email address (not displayed publicly — commissioner use only)

How We Use Your Email

Your email address is used solely for two purposes:

• To contact you if you win the contest, including arranging any prize payment
• To reach you if there is an issue with your team submission that requires correction

Your email will never be shared with third parties, used for marketing, or contacted for any reason unrelated to this contest.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Team submissions are stored securely in a private cloud database. Your team name and player picks are readable by anyone with the leaderboard link. Your email address is only accessible to the contest commissioner.

Data Retention

Team data is retained for the duration of the contest season and may be archived afterward for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your submission at any time by contacting the commissioner directly.
